Settings
The gear icon in the panel header. Every setting is stored in the app's data file and broadcast to every open window, so changing one takes effect everywhere at once.
Appearance and language

A project can override the IDE and the environment; these are only the fallback for projects that do not.
Honest WSL state
WSL options are disabled — with the reason spelled out — when WSL is missing, is the Store stub, or has no distro registered. Check again re-probes. A distro you configured that is no longer registered stays visible and labelled, rather than being silently swapped for a different one.
Meetings

Behaviour

If nothing comes out, the dialog says so and points at the Windows volume mixer rather than leaving you to guess.
Backup
A short description and a Backup & restore… button, which opens the backup dialog — folder, automatic schedule, retention, and restore.
At the bottom
The global shortcut is printed for reference (Ctrl+Shift+Space), along with a reminder that the app keeps running in the tray after the panel closes.
